The game between San Jose Jr. Sharks 18U and Atlanta Fire 18U was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end San Jose Jr. Sharks 18U emerged with a 3-2 win.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 18U gained the winning advantage on a goal by John Godfrey 9:11 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 18U was led by Godfrey, who grabbed one goal.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 18U stifled Atlanta Fire 18U's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

San Jose Jr. Sharks 18U also got a goal from Eric Folgmann as well. In addition, San Jose Jr. Sharks 18U received assists from Mick Nisbet and Justin Hoffman, who each chipped in one.
