Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 16U holds on for 4-2 win against Phoenix Firebirds 16U

Phoenix Firebirds 16U tried to dig itself out of a three-goal hole, but Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 16U held on for a 4-2 victory.

A goal by Trey Rossbach put Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 16U up 4-1 in the second period, but Phoenix Firebirds 16U pulled to within two on Alex Falk's tally 9:27 into the third period.

Jason Fritsche had a great game for Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 16U, netting two goals. Fritsche's tallies came at 6:42 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 16U and 10:30 into the first to make the score 2-0 Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 16U.

Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks 16U stifled Phoenix Firebirds 16U's power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.
