Barnes lifts Pittsburgh Viper Stars 16U over Pursuit of Excellence 16U, 8-4

Behind a great game by Sam Barnes, who had two goals, Pittsburgh Viper Stars 16U defeated Pursuit of Excellence 16U, 8-4.

Barnes found the back of the net 7:05 into the first period to make the score 1-1 and again while 3:34 into the third to make the score 5-3 Pittsburgh Viper Stars 16U.

Pittsburgh Viper Stars 16U surpassed its usual scoring output this season. Pittsburgh Viper Stars 16U averages 4.2 goals per game.
