Three periods of regulation and an overtime session were not enough to settle matters as New Jersey Jr. Titans 16U defeated Indiana Jr. Ice 16U in a shootout 4-3.

The shootout featured seven attempts between both teams. In addition to the clincher, New Jersey Jr. Titans 16U got a shootout goal from Ryan Walker.

New Jersey Jr. Titans 16U overcame a three-goal deficit to capture the victory.
