Morgan's hat trick boosts Brewster Bulldogs over Philadelphia Revolution, 5-2

David Morgan lifted Brewster Bulldogs to a 5-2 victory with a hat trick against Philadelphia Revolution.

Morgan notched his first tally 6:52 into the first period. He then added goals at 51 seconds into the second and at 14:45 into the second.

Brewster Bulldogs also got a goal from Taylor Folchetti as well. In addition, Brewster Bulldogs received assists from Christopher Hagen, Gunnar Boeschl, and Gregory Hennings, who contributed one a piece.

Philadelphia Revolution was helped by Ryan Zujkowski, who had one goal. Zujkowski scored on the power play 12:39 into the second period to make the score 4-2 Brewster Bulldogs. Philadelphia Revolution had gained a power play chance when Morgan was whistled for tripping. Jonathan Turner provided the assist. Philadelphia Revolution also got points from Turner, who also tallied one goal and one assist. Other players who recorded assists for Philadelphia Revolution were Frank Sabato, who had one.

Zachary Shapiro made 20 saves for Brewster Bulldogs on 22 shots. Brewster Bulldogs incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors. Troy Klahre recorded 25 saves for Philadelphia Revolution. Philadelphia Revolution totaled 21 minutes in penalty time with three minors and one major and went 1-for-4 on the power play. Philadelphia Revolution ran into serious disciplinary problems during the contest, and Ian Turner was ejected from the game.
