Colin Cordeiro netted a hat trick to lead Boch Blazers over Springfield Jr Pics, 7-2.

Cordeiro got on the scoresheet 3:59 into the first period. He then added goals at 17:54 into the second and at 6:57 into the third.

Boch Blazers' penalty kill excelled, as Boch Blazers gave up zero goals despite allowing eight power plays.

Boch Blazers stifled Springfield Jr Pics' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Springfield Jr Pics was unable to stop Boch Blazers from sending pucks towards the net, and Boch Blazers eventually piled up 36 shots on goal. Boch Blazers got an offensive boost from its blueliners, who contributed two goals during the game.

Boch Blazers also got a goal from Trevor Berman as well. More assists for Boch Blazers came via Joseph Fernandes, who had three and Ian Maisonneuve, Kurtis Garcia, and Patrick Hayes, who contributed one a piece.

Springfield Jr Pics forced Boch Blazers goalie Lucas Paulson to work between the pipes, taking 41 shots. Springfield Jr Pics could not stay out of the penalty box, as the team accrued 20 minutes in penalties during the game.

Springfield Jr Pics found itself down a man on Tyler Reopel's interference. Jacob Smith provided the assist. Smith's next tally short handed made the score 5-2 Boch Blazers with 18:14 left in the third period. Smith assisted on the tally.
