Springfield Jr Pics blows out Islanders Hockey Club, 9-5

Springfield Jr Pics had a three-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 9-5 win over Islanders Hockey Club.

Springfield Jr Pics racked up the penalties in the contest, and ended with 14 minors and one major for 43 minutes in penalty time. Springfield Jr Pics surpassed its season average of 32.0 penalty minutes per game. Springfield Jr Pics made Islanders Hockey Club's goalies to work in net, launching 46 shots and forcing 37 saves.
