Frederick Freeze failed to take advantage of its power play opportunities and Suffolk Juniors shook off a number of penalties to win, 9-3.

Suffolk Juniors forced its penalty killing units to work especially hard during the game, picking up 14 minors and one major for 43 minutes in penalty time.
