NY AppleCore boosted by Kapelmaster's play in net, beats Jersey Wildcats 2-1Aspen Ice at Randolph Sat, Jan 19, 2013 Story by Narrative Science.
Justin Kapelmaster had a standout game with 38 saves, and the NY AppleCore Minor B beat Jersey Wildcats 2-1. NY AppleCore was led by Dominick Sacco, who tallied one goal. Sacco scored short handed 17:11 into the second period to make the score 2-1 NY AppleCore. The Minor B were on a disadvantage when Kapelmaster went off the ice for delay of game. NY AppleCore put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Jersey Wildcats to score on any of its four power plays.
