The Maksymum Junior Hockey (Rochester) tried their best to erase a two-goal deficit, but Boston Bandits would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 3-2.

A goal by Davis Zembergs put Boston Bandits up 3-1 in the third period, but Maksymum pulled to within one on Corey Sherman's tally 12:54 into the third period.

Boston Bandits was led by Zembergs, who had one goal and one assist. Zembergs scored 6:00 into the third period to make the score Boston Bandits. Brandon Seal provided the assist.

Boston Bandits racked up the penalties in the contest, and ended with seven minors and one major for 19 minutes in penalty time.
