Jersey Wildcats and the Connecticut Oilers were evenly matched throughout their contest, but Jersey Wildcats made the most of its opportunities and won, 4-2.

Jersey Wildcats gained the winning advantage on a goal by Joseph Rametta 8:57 into the third period and hung on until final buzzer.

Geoffrey Liter was all over the ice for Jersey Wildcats, as he racked up two goals in the win. Liter's tallies came on the power play at 18:04 into the second period to make the score 1-1 and 19:44 into the third to make the score 4-2 Jersey Wildcats.
