Chaise Howard lifted Florida Junior Blades to a 6-0 victory with a hat trick against the Atlanta Knights. Howard got on the scoresheet 5:00 into the first period. He then added goals at 20:59 into the first and at 9:54 into the second.Florida Junior Blades was boosted by Jacob Carter, who turned in a shutout with 27 saves. In addition, Florida Junior Blades received assists from Christopher Sune, who had two and Matt Benolkin, Austin Hefferin, Jonathan Davidson, and Michael Haskins, who each chipped in one. Atlanta's offense operated below it season average. The Knights put an average of 3.7 pucks into the net per game. Atlanta's defense let in more goals than it usually has this year. The Knights give up 1.8 goal per game. Florida Junior Blades incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Atlanta's Thurston stopped 36 shots out of the 42 that he faced. The Knights incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors.
