Howard nets hat trick, leads Florida Junior Blades to 6-0 win over Atlanta

Chaise Howard lifted Florida Junior Blades to a 6-0 victory with a hat trick against the Atlanta Knights.Howard got on the scoresheet 5:00 into the first period. He then added goals at 20:59 into the first and at 9:54 into the second.
Florida Junior Blades was boosted by Jacob Carter, who turned in a shutout with 27 saves. Carter certainly lowered his goals against average, which was 2.03 entering the contest.
Florida Junior Blades put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Atlanta to score on any of its three power plays. Florida Junior Blades forced the Knights goalie Lucas Thurston to work between the pipes, taking 42 shots.
