Richard Novodomec lifted the Frederick Freeze to a 7-3 victory with a hat trick against Jersey Wildcats.

Novodomec got on the scoresheet 1:27 into the third period. He then added goals at 8:10 into the third and at 8:44 into the third.

Frederick made Jersey Wildcats' goaltenders to work without much rest, totaling 64 shots and forcing 57 saves. Gennaro Anzevino made 45 stops and Grant Perry made 12.
