Patrick MacDonald had two points to lead the Atlanta Knights to a 4-1 victory over the Portland Jr Pirates.

Portland was unable to stop Atlanta from sending pucks towards the net, and the Knights eventually piled up 33 shots on goal.

Atlanta also got a goal from Nick Elliott as well. More assists for Atlanta came via Bradley Harley, Christopher Santa Maria, Jon Gibson, and James Elias, who contributed one a piece.

The Jr Pirates were led by Michael Donato, who scored the team's only goal. Donato scored on the power play 5:35 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Evan Jewell picked up the assist.

Sean Davis made 16 saves for Atlanta on 17 shots. The Knights incurred 10 minutes in penalty time with five minors. Portland's Maxwell Boucher stopped 29 shots out of the 32 that he faced. The Jr Pirates totaled 25 minutes in penalty time with five minors and one major and went 1-for-5 on the power play. For Portland, Donato was ejected from the game.
