Terriault leads Florida Eels to shutout victory over Valley

Marc Terriault was superb between the pipes for Florida Eels, as he did not allow a goal in a 2-0 victory over the Valley Junior Warriors.

Florida Eels was led by Joshua DeLezenne, who racked up one goal. DeLezenne scored 13 seconds into the second period to make the score 1-0 Florida Eels. Keanu Gallegos assisted on the tally.

Florida Eels excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in three chances. Florida Eels was held below its usual level of production. Florida Eels averages 4.9 goals per game.

Matthew Kiesel also scored for Florida Eels. More assists for Florida Eels came via Daniel Boyd and Josh Lodatto, who each chipped in one.

Valley did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. The Junior Warriors put an average of 2.8 pucks into the net per game. Valley kept Florida Eels' goalie busy throughout the game, and Terriault made 37 saves on 37 shots.
