Hampton Roads squeaks by Boston Bandits, 3-2

The game between the Hampton Roads Whalers and Boston Bandits was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end Hampton Roads emerged with a 3-2 win.

Each team kept the other at bay throughout the game, and Jonathon Jones secured the win for the Whalers with a goal in the second period.

Hampton Roads' penalty kill excelled, as the Whalers gave up one goal despite allowing seven power plays.

Hampton Roads was led by Jones, who tallied one goal. Jones scored 24:29 into the second period to make the score 3-2 Hampton Roads. Jeremy Wilson picked up the assist.
