Atlanta's comeback falls short, Boston Bandits wins 5-4Haverhill-North 1 Sun, Nov 11, 2012 Story by Narrative Science.
The Atlanta Knights almost clawed their way back from a three-goal deficit, but Boston Bandits managed to pull out a 5-4 win in the end. Boston Bandits led by three goals at one point and ended with the victory. The largest advantage in the game came when Boston Bandits' Ryan McGovern's scored at 3:55 in the second period to put Boston Bandits up 4-1. Kevin Yun had two goals and one assist to lead Boston Bandits. Yun scored the first of his two goals at 17:37 into the first period to make the score 2-1 Boston Bandits. Connor Wiggins provided the assist. Yun's next tally made the score 5-3 Boston Bandits with 11:54 left in the second period. Wiggins picked up the assist. Boston Bandits additionally got points from Wiggins, who also finished with one goal and two assists to lead the team in points. Connor Court also scored for Boston Bandits. More assists for Boston Bandits came via Matthew Grzybinski, John Malewicz, and Wesley Monson, who contributed one a piece.
