The Space Coast Hurricanes lost to the Tampa Bay Juniors, 6-3.

Space Coast was unable to stop Tampa Bay from sending pucks towards the net, and the Juniors eventually piled up 38 shots on goal.

Tampa Bay was helped by Zachary Capco, who tallied one goal. Capco scored on the power play 2:47 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Tampa Bay. A high sticking penalty on Chase Horn had put the Juniors on the power play. JC Bradley assisted on the tally. Tampa Bay additionally got points from Jesse Bafia, who also racked up one goal and one assist, Roope Hintz, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, and Brendan Nicholson, who also finished with one goal and one assist. Tampa Bay also got a goal from Kurt Williams as well. In addition, Tampa Bay received assists from Brett Vargas and Raven Woodring, who each chipped in one and Nicholas Reed and Jonathan Hall, who contributed two a piece.

John Moran also scored for Space Coast. More assists for Space Coast came via Bailey King, Benjamin Ferreira, and Selbold, who each chipped in one.

Kyle Gertz rejected 23 shots on goal for Tampa Bay. The Juniors incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors. The Hurricanes' Harrison Vangellow stopped 32 shots out of the 38 that he faced. Space Coast incurred 14 minutes in penalty time with seven minors.
