Jacob Weldon was all over the ice for the East Coast Eagles, as he tallied two goals and one assist in East Coast's 5-2 win over the Space Coast Hurricanes.

Weldon scored at 3:50 into the second period to make the score 2-1 East Coast and again while 10:50 into the second to make the score 3-1 East Coast.

The Eagles kept Space Coast's goalie busy throughout the game, and Nicholas Wayland made 27 saves on 32 shots.

East Coast additionally got points from Kyle Levere, who also racked up one goal and one assist. Matt Burleson also scored for East Coast. Other players who recorded assists for East Coast were Graff Richards, who had two and Shane Selan, Thomas Gilmartin, and Christopher Grosvenor, who contributed one a piece.

Ryan Taylor rejected 20 shots on goal for East Coast. The Eagles ended with 25 minutes in penalty time with five minors and one major. For East Coast, Gilmartin was ejected from the game. The Hurricanes registered one goal on four power play opportunities.
