Gallegos' goals lift Florida Eels to 9-6 victory over Palm Beach

Florida Eels relied on the scoring touch of Keanu Gallegos, who netted two goals, to beat the Palm Beach Hawks, 9-6.

Gallegos' tallies came at 2:54 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Florida Eels and 10:45 into the first to make the score 2-0 Florida Eels.

The Florida Eels penalty box was a popular destination as the team totaled seven minors and one major for 29 minutes in penalty time. The total exceeded the 22.0 minutes per game Florida Eels had been spending in the box. Florida Eels forced Hawks' goalies to work without much rest, firing 44 shots and forcing 35 saves.
