Barr, Junior Bruins blank Boston Bandits, 5-0

Maxwell Barr was superb between the pipes for Junior Bruins, as he did not allow a goal in a 5-0 victory over Boston Bandits.

Junior Bruins was led by Kyle Webb, who registered one goal. Webb scored on the power play 7:58 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Junior Bruins. Junior Bruins earned a power play opportunity when Kevin Yun was put in the box for too many men. Alexander Pantalone picked up the assist.

Junior Bruins stifled Boston Bandits' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man. Boston Bandits was unable to stop Junior Bruins from sending pucks towards the net, and Junior Bruins eventually piled up 37 shots on goal. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.

Junior Bruins also got points from Pantalone, who also had one goal and two assists, Jeremy Hannah, who also racked up one goal and one assist, and Anthony Galloway, who also registered one goal and one assist. Junior Bruins also got a goal from Bryan Carter as well. More assists for Junior Bruins came via Ryan OToole, who had two and Daniel Pastl, who had three.

Boston Bandits did not reach the goal total it has come to expect this season. Boston Bandits puts an average of 5.5 pucks into the net per game.
