Brandon Crawley scored the go-ahead goal in the first period, and Jersey Wildcats held off the challenges of the Space Coast Hurricanes in a tough 2-1 win.

A goal 19:53 into the the first period by Crawley proved to be the game winner, and powered Jersey Wildcats to the victory John Buckley assisted on the tally.

Jersey Wildcats was paced by Crawley, who had one goal.

Joseph Rametta also scored for Jersey Wildcats. Other players who recorded assists for Jersey Wildcats were Christopher Sanchez and Connor Hoarty, who each chipped in one.

Space Coast was led by Brian Hurley, who scored the team's only goal. Hurley scored 2:42 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Space Coast. Alec Waszczenko provided the assist.

Jersey Wildcats' Grant Perry stopped 14 shots out of the 15 that he faced. Jersey Wildcats incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Harrison Vangellow rejected 16 shots on goal for the Hurricanes. Space Coast incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
