Fargey, Pandachuck dominate Deseronto, lead Campbellford to 12-5 win

Behind two goals and two assists from Hunter Fargey and one goal and two assists from Tim Pandachuck, the Campbellford Rebels downed the Deseronto Storm 12-5.

Fargey scored the first of his two goals at 14:34 into the first period to make the score 6-1 Campbellford. Ryan Crowley picked up the assist. Fargey's next tally made the score 7-1 Campbellford with 24 seconds left in the first period. Crowley assisted on the tally. Pandachuck scored 6:45 into the first period to make the score 3-1 Campbellford. Jon Samis provided the assist.

Campbellford managed to stay out of the box better than usual, registering one minor for two minutes in penalty time. The Rebels finished below its season average of 15.0 penalty minutes per game. Campbellford forced Deseronto goalie Cody Dafoe to work between the pipes, taking 49 shots. The Rebels bested their season scoring average. This season, Campbellford averages 4.8 goals per contest. The defensemen of the Rebels were also effective in the Storm's zone, and came away with two goals.

Campbellford also got points from Crowley, who also registered two goals and two assists, Seamus McDougall, who also grabbed one goal and one assist, Samis, who also finished with one goal and one assist, Pandachuck, who also racked up one goal and two assists, Andrew Revell, who also had one goal and one assist, and jeremy dorghty, who also registered one goal and one assist. Campbellford also got a goal from Steven Clarke as well. In addition, Campbellford received assists from Mitch Gibson, Tyler McKown, Tyler Daveys, and Grant Fry, who contributed one a piece.

Deseronto outdid its season average for goals scored. The Storm average 2.0 goals per game.

Deseronto was led by Brandon Turner, who tallied three goals and one assist. Deseronto additionally got points from Jordan Cannons, who also grabbed one goal and two assists. Corey Prince also scored for Deseronto. More assists for Deseronto came via Jesse Burtch, who had one.

Tyler Delpellaro rejected 25 shots on goal for Campbellford. The Rebels registered zero goals on zero power play opportunities. Dafoe recorded 37 saves for the Storm. Deseronto ended with no penalties and went 0-for-1 on the power play.
