In a game where neither team could get a cushion, the Campbellford Rebels escaped with a 4-3 victory over the Deseronto Storm.

No lead was more than one goal during the contest, and the winning goal was scored by Tim Pandachuck at 12:53 of the third period.

Ryan Crowley had a great game for Campbellford, netting two goals. Crowley's tallies came on the power play at 19:26 into the second period to make the score 2-2 and 5:11 into the third to make the score 3-2 Campbellford.

The Rebels kept Deseronto's goalie busy throughout the game, and Dan Corrigan made 34 saves on 38 shots.

Campbellford also got points from Hunter Fargey, who also registered one goal and one assist. More assists for Campbellford came via Steven Clarke and Tyler McKown, who contributed one a piece and Mitch Burkitt and Seamus McDougall, who each chipped in two.

The Storm were helped by Jordan Cannons, who tallied one goal. Cannons scored 8:01 into the second period to make the score 1-1. Brandon Turner provided the assist. Deseronto also got a goal from Mitchell Thompson as well. In addition, Deseronto received assists from Cody Stapley and Alex McConnell, who contributed one a piece.

Cole Mahoney recorded 26 saves for Campbellford. The Rebels incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors. Deseronto incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
