Great Falls Americans relied on the scoring touch of Jakub Cmolik, who netted two goals, to beat Yellowstone Quake, 5-2. Cmolik scored at 3:54 into the third period to make the score 3-2 Great Falls Americans and again while on the power play 13:49 into the third to make the score 4-2 Great Falls Americans.Yellowstone Quake's power play was ineffective against Great Falls Americans' penalty kill, which allowed zero goals while shorthanded.
