Huge game by Morrison boosts Toronto Bulldogs over Winnipeg Junior Jets, 6-1

Logan Morrison was all over the ice for Toronto Bulldogs, as he tallied two goals and one assist in Toronto Bulldogs' 6-1 win over Winnipeg Junior Jets.

Morrison's tallies came at six seconds into the second period to make the score 2-1 Toronto Bulldogs and 9:24 into the second to make the score 4-1 Toronto Bulldogs.

Toronto Bulldogs stifled Winnipeg Junior Jets' power play, and did not give up a single goal while down a man.

Toronto Bulldogs also got a goal from Sheldon Serraglio as well. In addition, Toronto Bulldogs received assists from Tyson Foerster, Shawn Spearing, Isaac MacLeod, Ryan Tverberg, and Cole Perfetti, who contributed one a piece.

Winnipeg Junior Jets put up an impenetrable defensive front on the penalty kill, and did not allow Toronto Bulldogs to score on any of its three power plays. Winnipeg Junior Jets did not challenge the opposing netminder, only getting 12 shots on net to force 11 saves.

Winnipeg Junior Jets was led by Ty Thorpe, who scored the team's only goal. Thorpe scored 7:05 into the first period to make the score 1-1.

Toronto Bulldogs' Marco Constantini stopped 11 shots out of the 12 that he faced. Toronto Bulldogs incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors. Winnipeg Junior Jets' starting goalie, Dante Giannuzzi, made nine saves and finished with the loss before he was taken out to start the 3rd period in favor of Noah Gilbert, who stopped three shots. Winnipeg Junior Jets incurred six minutes in penalty time with three minors.
