Tölzer Löwen downs Füchse Duisburg, 4-1

Marco Pfleger tallied one point to lead Tölzer Löwen to a 4-1 victory over Füchse Duisburg.

The win gave Tölzer Löwen a 1-0 lead in the best of five series.

Tölzer Löwen excelled on the penalty kill, not giving up a single goal in four chances.

Tölzer Löwen also got points from Michael (FL) Fischer, who also racked up one goal and one assist and Leonhard (FL) Pföderl, who also grabbed one goal and one assist to lead the team in points. Tölzer Löwen also got a goal from Johannes (FL) Sedlmayr as well. In addition, Tölzer Löwen received assists from Andreas Andrä, Florian (FL) Strobl, Yanick Dubé, Franz Mangold, Christoph Fischhaber, and Yasin (FL) Ehliz, who each chipped in one.

Füchse Duisburg was led by Alexander (FL) Preibisch, who scored the team's only goal. Preibisch scored 12:12 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Tölzer Löwen. Daniel (FL) Fischbuch assisted on the tally.

Tölzer Löwen incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Füchse Duisburg incurred 12 minutes in penalty time with six minors.
