The Lakefield Chiefs fell behind early, and the Clarington Eagles kept piling on the points on the way to an 8-1 victory. The win by Clarington clinched the best of seven series at 2-4. Eric Kimmerly had two goals and two assists to lead the Eagles. Kimmerly scored the first of his two goals at 2:00 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Clarington.
