Courtland Black-Araujo registered one point to lead the Clarington Eagles to a 2-1 victory over the Little Britain Merchants. The win by Clarington clinched the best of seven series at 4-3. The Eagles did not rack up many penalties in the contest, finishing with only one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Clarington also got a goal from Sam Jackson as well. Other players who recorded assists for Clarington were Jake Choiniere and Brad Down, who each chipped in one. Little Britain was led by Jason Dear, who scored the team's only goal. Dear scored 9:31 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Little Britain. Patrick Hamilton provided the assist. Clarington registered one goal on two power play opportunities. The Merchants incurred four minutes in penalty time with two minors.
