The Alliston Hornets' Randy Cox had a big offensive game, scoring two goals and contributing two assists in his team's 7-1 win over the Penetang Kings. Cox found the back of the net 18:54 into the first period to make the score 1-0 Alliston and again while 5:02 into the second to make the score 5-0 Alliston.After the loss made the series score 3-2 in the best of seven series, Penetang faces elimination next time out. Penetang averages three goals per game. The Kings were forced to rely heavily on their penalty kill unit throughout the game, as they racked up 32 penalty minutes. The leading offender was Jason Seeley, who totaled 14 minutes in penalty time with two minors and one misconduct. Penetang was led by Brad Payne, who scored the team's only goal. Payne scored 13:20 into the second period to make the score 6-1 Alliston. Tyler Lumley assisted on the tally. The Hornets incurred 18 minutes in penalty time with nine minors.
