The Port Hope Panthers pulled out a 3-2 (OT) overtime victory over the Napanee Raiders on a clutch goal by Graham Snoek. The win by Port Hope clinched the best of five series at 3-2. The Panthers were led by Tyler Park, who grabbed one goal and one assist. Park scored 19:39 into the third period to make the score 2-2. Josh Fulford assisted on the tally. Napanee was unable to stop Port Hope from sending pucks towards the net, and the Panthers eventually piled up 67 shots on goal. Port Hope additionally got points from Fulford, who also finished with one goal and one assist. The Raiders managed to stay out of the box better than usual, finishing with one minor for two minutes in penalty time. Napanee finished below its season average of 13 penalty minutes per game. The Raiders forced Port Hope goalie DJ Torrenueva to work between the pipes, taking 43 shots. Napanee was helped by Jake Doseger, who registered one goal. Doseger scored on the power play 14:13 into the third period to make the score 2-1 Napanee. The Raiders had gotten the advantage when the Panthers' Casey Palmer was sent off for cross checking. Colin Doelman provided the assist. Napanee got a goal from Luke Emmons as well. More assists for Napanee came via Bud Norris, who had one. DJ Torrenueva made 41 saves for Port Hope on 43 shots. The Panthers incurred eight minutes in penalty time with four minors. Kyle Copeland recorded 64 saves for Napanee. The Raiders registered one goal on four power play opportunities.
