The game between SOUTHWEST and WHITBY was tight through all 60 minutes, but in the end SOUTHWEST emerged with a 3-2 win. Martindale scored 7:49 into the second period to make the score 2-2. Nicole Brown provided the assist. WHITBY also got points from Martindale, who also racked up one goal and one assist. WHITBY got a goal from Krista Yip-Chuck as well. Hanna (PU) Slatter recorded 31 saves for SOUTHWEST. SOUTHWEST registered one goal on seven power play opportunities. Marissa Kozovski made 20 saves for WHITBY on 23 shots.
