Junior Bruins blows out New Hampshire Jr Monarchs, 6-1

Junior Bruins had a four-goal lead after two periods and cruised the rest of the way en route to a 6-1 win over New Hampshire Jr Monarchs.

Michael Pirovano was a peerless playmaker for Junior Bruins, as he dished out four to beat New Hampshire Jr Monarchs,.

New Hampshire Jr Monarchs was stymied by Junior Bruins netminder Shane Benjamin, who stopped 33 shots during the victory. The solid play of Benjamin will be reflected in his goals against average, which pre-game was 2.32.

Junior Bruins made New Hampshire Jr Monarchs' goaltenders to work in net, firing 44 shots and forcing 38 saves. Mike Mastrogiacomo made 27 stops and Nick Deery made 11.
