A stellar performance between the pipes by Tyler Stepke helped the Pittsburgh Jr. Penguins defeat the Cleveland Jr. Lumberjacks, 6-1. Pittsburgh was led by Stephen Budkey, who racked up one goal. Budkey scored 18:34 into the second period to make the score 2-1 Pittsburgh. Nico Vecchio assisted on the tally. The Jr. Penguins bested their season scoring average.
