Welcome to the PHN Summer 2016 Season!

1. Penalty limit for the regular season will 28 minutes.  If you reach that, you will automatically be suspended a minimum of 1 game.  Upon your return, you will have 8 minutes before being suspended for the remainder of the season and playoffs.

2. Tie-breakers for the regular season will be: PTS, WINS, H2H (only applicable if 2 teams are tied), Lowest GA, Lowest PIMS, GF, flip a coin!

3. We have a strict no alcohol policy in the PHN.  No alcohol is permitted in the dressings rooms or in the rink.  Those caught will face disciplinary actions.  Teams and players are more than welcome to visit the bars and other places nearby!
