Michigan teams will play the other 2 teams once each (one home and one away).  The home and away opponents are listed in PS.  The top 2 teams from these play-in games will advance to the championship weekend.  First place will play the lower remaining seed of the Out State teams. 2nd place will play the highest remaining seed from the Out State teams

Out State teams will play single elimination games for advancement to the championship weekend.  Indianapolis plays at Fort Wayne and Cincinnati plays at Northern Kentucky.

Championship weekend will feature semifinals, the championship game and a third place game.
