2003 DIVISION MESSAGE 

1. A total of 30 teams are registered for this division

2. Teams have been divided up into six groups each with five teams

3. Each team will play one game against each of the teams in its own division for a total of four round robin games

4. At the conclusion of the round robin, teams finishing first in their division will advance to the Quarter finals and based on their records will be seeded 1st through 6th

5. Two wild cards team, from any division, will also advance to the Quarter finals, and based on their record will be seeded 7th and 8th

6. At the end of the round robin teams finishing 9th through 30th will have completed their tournament

6. The Quarter Finals will be played as follows:  QF1 - 1 vs 8; QF2 - 2 vr 7; QF3 - 3 vr 6 and QF4 - 4 vr 5

7. The Semi Finals will be played as follows: SF1 will be the winner of QF1 vr the winner of QF4 while SF2 will be the winner of QF2 and QF3 

8. The finals will be the winner of SF1 vr the winner of SF2
