For insurance purposes, all goaltenders who use an outside the CSA face mask approvals, including "Cat's Eye cages" must sign a mandatory Canlan Insurance waiver. Mandatory waiver release forms are available in the league office. This mandatory waiver must be signed every season.

                                      ASHL CHL 2011-2012

The winter season league fee is $11,300.00 HST included.

The payment schedule for winter play has a $1,500 mandatory down payment at registration & three payments; $3500 Sept 14, $3500 Dec 14 and $2800 Feb 1

All fees must be current to continue league play in the ASHL. Team lockouts are used to collect all oustanding league fees.

All forfeited games have a forfeit fee of $300.00; credited in full to the opponent. There are no exceptions to the forfeit rule.
