All teams must be paid in full by Jan 1. If you are not paid in full by Jan 1, you have 4 weeks to pay, but the day before each game you will owe 25% of your balance. For example, if you owe $1000, and your next game is on a thursday, you will need to make sure I have $250 delivered to me by wednesday. No exceptions. Drop the payment off at my house in Bristol, or my work in Newport the day before. Reason why it is the day before is if you do not pay the day before the game, we are canceling the game. I want to make this perfectly clear, saying to me "I will bring it to the game" or "My guys are bringing the money to the game" will not be accepted.
If a team owes less than $300 after Jan. 1, the whole amount is due to me the day before your next game. We will not stretch out a small balance over 4 weeks. Failure to meet those payments will result in a late fee of $100 for the October 15 payment, and $200 for the November 20 and Jan 1 payment.
