Keystone Oaks holds on for 10-9 win against Ringgold

Ringgold tried its best to erase a four-goal deficit, but Keystone Oaks would not be denied the victory and hung on to win, 10-9.

Keystone Oaks took a 10-6 lead during the third period, only to have Ringgold storm back on a Devin Brown goal 16:52 into the third period to pull to one goal down.

Keystone Oaks was paced on offense by Eugene Barilla and Andrius Petrauskas, who combined for 10 points. Barilla tallied one goal and four assists and Petrauskas also notched two goals and three assists.

Keystone Oaks kept Ringgold's goalie busy throughout the game, and Cole Crownover made 32 saves on 42 shots. Keystone Oaks bested its season scoring average. Keystone Oaks has scored at the pace of 4.3 goals per game during the current campaign. Team's forwards weren't the only contributers offensively, and the team's defensemen showcased their scoring touch with two goals.
