Stoney Creek Tigers Set for Allan Cup Challenge Starting Sunday

The Stoney Creek Tigers are ready to take on the 2025 Allan Cup Challenge, beginning Sunday, April 20, at Harry Howell Arena in Waterdown, Ontario. This national Senior AAA championship runs through April 26 and features six top teams from across Canada competing for one of hockey’s most historic trophies.

 

The Tigers open the tournament Sunday at 3:30 p.m. against the defending champions, the Dundas Real McCoys. The event also features teams from Newfoundland & Labrador, the Ontario Elite Hockey League, and hosts Wentworth Gryphins.

 

The tournament format includes round-robin play, with semifinals on Friday, April 25, and the championship game on Saturday, April 26. Fans can watch the final live on CHCH TV or attend games in person.

Tickets are $15 per game, with kids 12 and under admitted free.
