The Florida Pokers have captured their first ever SFCBL Championship defeating the Palm Beach Xtreme in a 3 game series at Palm Beach Atlantic University.  It was an incredible ending as Pokers catcher Phillip Dudziak (Phoenix CC) hit a walk off homerun in the bottom if the 9th inning of game 3 with the score tied 4-4.

Nick Ferrera (Valdosta State) was named Championship Series MVP getting the save in Game 2 and also the win in Game 3.  Chris DiPrima (Yale) had a strong series performance and powered the Pokers offense.
