Newport RI: We are proud to announce that Frank Holbrook has been selected as the manager for the East Team in the 2023 All-Star game. Holbrook is in his second season managing the Gulls, boasting an NECBL-best 23-8 record this season. Holbrook's history with the Gulls goes beyond his coaching days, starting as a pitcher for the Gulls in 2012. Last season, Coach Holbrook and the Gulls achieved a remarkable 30-14 record, securing the first spot in the Coastal Division. We extend our congratulations to Coach Holbrook for this outstanding achievement and wish him the best of luck in the All-Star Game.
