MIKE HEATH MEMORIAL FOUNDATION

About MIke:

Mike Heath was an accomplished hockey player, a talented musician, a special friend, son, brother and uncle to many from Vancouver, British Columbia to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. While playing for the Duquesne Dukes, Mike was named the ACHA Rookie of the Year and amassed 119 goals and 119 assists over 120 games. He loved music, outdoor sports, and spending time around friends and family. Mike was the first of his family to be diagnosed with Long QT Syndrome (LQTS) and passed away suddenly on July 10, 2020 at the age of 36. Mike's Charisma, smile and ability to befriend anyone were some of the many qualities that enriched the lives of those who knew Mike well.
