Little Falls, NJ – The New Jersey Jackals faced the Ottawa Titans for a second time on a beautiful Waggy Wednesday. The Jackals sent Leonardo Rodriguez to the mound against Chris Burica, looking to build on the momentum of the walk off win they recorded last night.

The Jackals fought through a rough start to the game, as they let up one run for the Titans at the top of the first inning. Unlike last night, the Jackals didn't wait around to tie the score at one, with Dalton Combs coming around to score on a Justin Wylie RBI single in the bottom of the first.

Following a scoreless second, the Jackals gained back the momentum in the third with a Dalton Combs RBI single and a two-run blast by Alfredo Marte. Josh Rehwaldt followed that up with a magnificent homerun in the fourth inning for his fifth in six games, staking the Jackals to a 5-1 advantage.

After keeping the Titans scoreless for three innings straight, New Jersey surrendered a run in the fifth, and a three spot in the sixth to give up the lead, and start a streak of nine unanswered runs. The big bat for the Titans was second baseman Jackie Urbaez, who went four for five with five
RBI and a franchise record three home runs. The Titanic comeback by Ottawa sets up a rubber match on Thursday between these two Eastern Division clubs.
