ADAM HOLZMANN JOINS THE COUGARS AS DIRECTOR OF SCOUTING

The Cobourg Cougars of the Ontario Junior Hockey League (OJHL) are pleased to announce that Adam Holzmann is joining the staff as the new Director of Scouting for the Cougars. Adam is a local fixture within the hockey realm having 12 years of Coaching and management experience ranging from minor hockey to junior levels.

“Bringing Adam into our organization is a win/win – with him being local, paired with his background and experience, it just makes sense.” said Bob Breckles Executive Sr. VP of Hockey Operations. “Adam not only has multiple years of scouting, management and coaching experience – yet he fits seamlessly into the culture of our organization and management team – we are thrilled to have him as part of the team”.

Holzmann has been scouting and evaluating numerous programs over the years. He has also been a part of player recruitment and advising with a company and freelance, helping players navigate the draft, school recruitment and PTOs.  He also operates a hockey development and merchandise company called PUCK-IT which has contributed to years of hockey training development and program sourcing experience.
