CALGARY, Alta. – The Canadian Junior Hockey League announced Monday its initial Top 20 Rankings for the 2021-22 campaign.

There are five Ontario Junior Hockey League teams in the Top 20: Toronto Jr. Canadiens, Trenton Golden Hawks, Georgetown Raiders, Pickering Panthers and Oakville Blades. All five went 2-0-0 during opening weekend of the OJHL schedule.

Topping the table in the first weekly listings, which are compiled by an independent scouting service, are the Winnipeg Blues (MJHL).

They are off to a 6-0 start to begin play in the Manitoba Junior Hockey League.

Slotted second are the 2022 Centennial Cup-host Estevan Bruins. They too are unbeaten early on.

At No. 3 sits the Steinbach Pistons (MJHL), who are also 6-0 to start their year.

Coming away victorious in each of their initial four match-ups has the Ottawa Jr. A Senators (CCHL) tabbed fourth while the Jr. Canadiens (OJHL) round the Top 5 in the listings.
