PICKERING- The Panthers have acquired a Big Fish for the backend. Cats acquired right-handed defenseman Brendan Tomilson from the Halifax Mooseheads and Junior A rights from the Lindsay Muskies. Brendan who has spent last 2 years with the Halifax Mooseheads of the QMJHL where he was a good stability spot for them out there." This is big for us," says Rob Pearson, "Anytime you catch a Major Junior player and then on top of that a right-handed D, you get excited." 

Before Halifax,  Brendan spent two years with the Lindsay Muskies and was a great offensive defenseman for them before departing for the Q. Brendan will be wearing #2 this year, last worn by Eric Becker back in 2016-2017.
