The Matadors are looking for players for the 2021-22 season. With the team sidelined for the entire 2020-21 season due to the pandemic, the squad is turning their sights to next year's recruiting. The Matadors will have many spots open in every position next season as they look to defend their WCHC Conference Championship for the 4th time. CSUN typically looks for players with high school hockey, Tier 1 and 2 Midget or Junior A hockey experience. Players interested in applying can contact the team at csunhockey@csunas.org. One major change from previous years will be the application process from the CSU. Previously, prospective students could apply to all the CSU's with one application and one fee, but going forward applications must be filed on an individual campus basis. The application fee for CSU Northridge is $70 for Fall 2021. Prospective players are highly encouraged to contact the team prior to applying.
