All current and prospective 2020-2021 Missouri State Hockey players are required to attend an orientation meeting on Sunday, August 16, 2020, from 6 p.m. - 9 p.m. on the Missouri State University Campus at the Plaster Student Union in the Ballroom West.

The meeting will introduce team staff, team rules, and policies along with Covid-19 protocols, the season schedule, among other items.

Note: Masks are required and social distancing will be enforced. 

All four mandatory forms below must be printed, completed, and turned in at check-in.
